Solid steel construction is the basis for all of Amarr’s steel back “sandwich construction” doors. With two tough steel skins surrounding either CFC-free polystyrene insulation or foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, Amarr covers a wide spectrum of insulating requirements. All Amarr doors are available with both 2″ or 3″ track in Standard lift, High lift, Vertical lift, Low Headroom and Follow the Roof Pitch configurations. Heavy-duty hardware (14 gauge minimum) is standard.

MODEL 3150 (1-3/8″ Thick, 5.6 R-Value)

Models: 3150, 3154, 3155 These high quality, insulated, thermally broken steel doors are designed for most commercial and industrial applications- providing energy efficiency and long service under demanding applications. Durable sandwich construction: inside and outside steel skins laminated to a 1-3/8″ polystyrene core. Available in: 3150-stucco embossed, 3154-woodgrain raised panel, and 3155-flush.

MODEL 3200 (2″ Thick, 9.1 R-Value)

Models: 3200, 3203 and 3220. These high quality doors are designed for commercial and industrial facilities and provide the durability of a full 24 gauge, heavy-duty exterior steel skin in an energy efficient door system. Model 3220 uses a 20 gauge premium-duty exterior steel skin. Models 3200 and 3220 come in an attractive stucco embossed ribbed panel design while the 3203 has a woodgrain raised panel design.

MODEL 3715 (1-3/8″ Thick, 12.9 R-Value)

Foamed-in-place Polyurethane. The standard-duty Model 3715 is for commercial and industrial facilities where economy is required without sacrificing reliability and workmanship. The 3715 features a full 1-3/8″ thick sandwich construction consisting of exterior and interior steel skins filled by foamed-in-place polyurethane foam. Doors available in stucco embossed exterior and interior steel skins with micro-grooved ribs.
